Certa Cito

Certa Cito, meaning 'Swift and Sure' is the motto for the Royal Signals.

Inspired by my grandfather who was a royal signal, among many other things in his time of service and my great grandfather who was a royal engineer.

Certa Cito is a design in dedication to the Royal British Legion, who has been helping those in the armed forces since 1921. 

The country’s largest Armed Forces charity, with 180,000 members, 110,000 volunteers and a network of partners and charities. They aim to give support wherever and whenever it’s needed. 

They start supporting individuals after one day of service and continue through life, as well as long after service is over. With the support and help not just for the members of the Armed Forces but their families as well.

Helping veterans/those in or family members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, this is a charity very close to my heart and that I wanted to support in some small way.

Certa Cito is the first of my designs for Sixes and Sevens.

Every purchase of a Certa Cito will donate 20% of profits to the Royal British Legion and will come with a certificate to commemorate your donation.
