Each piece here at Pearly Hawker is handmade just for you which takes time. We will always contact our customers to let them know when their order is ready to be dispatched, but as every piece is handmade to order we do ask that you allow us up to 3 weeks to complete your order.


We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and will post out your order via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For.
International orders are also sent via Royal Mail unless an international courier is required. Should this happen, we will inform you straight away.

We will always try our best to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can, however Pearly Hawker is not liable for any third party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

Some countries may have protocols surrounding the importation of goods. Due to this we do ask that the customer follows the regulations concerning the customer requirements for the importation of goods into their country.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Pearly Hawker at pearlyhawker@gmail.com.
If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.

Christmas Shipping

Delivery timelines can change and we do try to keep this up to date depending on what Royal Mail advise. Currently the cut off date for Christmas orders is the 20th of November 2023 as all orders will be dispatched at the latest by the 21st of December 2023. This allows for us to make your order, polish, hallmark and wrap up in time for all your Christmas needs! 


Exchanges & Returns

You must contact Pearly Hawker by email regarding any exchange, refund or return of any product prior to return within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
Pearly Hawker will not accept returns for custom or bespoke pieces that are not available as part of our collections online.

 

Faulty Items

We take great pride at Pearly Hawker in creating high quality products with the best available materials. Variations in texture, colour or stones may appear from time to time, but that simply adds to the bespoke nature of our work.
However, if you do believe an item you have purchased is faulty please contact us at pearlyhawker@gmail.com immediately.
If we deem the item to be faulty, we will then provide you with a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
